Cinderella, Snow White, Prince Charming and several more surprise Characters will be there!

 

Events:

Beauty Wear – All contestants will first appear on stage in beauty wear. Time limit on stage is 90 seconds. We will provide all music for beauty wear. Judges are looking for a beautiful face and lots of personality!

 

Outfit of Choice- Contestants will take the stage in their outfit of choice; it can be ANY outfit of choice. Props are allowed for this event but parents must be able to take them on and off stage quickly. You may bring your own music for this event. Time limit for this event is 90 seconds. (The first outfit of choice in mandatory. You may enter an optional second outfit of choice. The highest outfit of choice score will be added with your beauty score for titles)

 

Photo Events:

Natural Photogenic: We will award a Natural photo winner in each age group. One natural picture is included in your entry fee and can be tuned in at registration. Natural pictures are to have NO retouching. Extra photos can be entered at registration for $10 each.

 

Glitz Photogenic: We will award a Glitz Photo winner in each age group. One Glitz picture is included in you entry fee. Extra photos can be entered at registration for $10 each.

 

All contestants will receive awards on stage! No one ever leaves our stage empty handed!

 

Ultimate Grand Supremes( 0-2 Years , 3-5 Years, 6-10 Years and 11 up) will receive Large National Crown, plaque , National Sash and $1000.00 Bond

 

Grand Supremes ( 0-2 Years , 3-5 Years, 6-10 Years and 11 up) will receive Large National Crown, plaque, National Sash and $500 Bond

 

Mini Supremes ( 0-2 Years , 3-5 Years, 6-10 Years and 11 up) will receive Large National Crown, plaque, National Sash and $250 Bond

 

National Division Queens, Division Kings, Supreme Queens, Supreme Kings and National Princesses will receive a National Crown, Plaque and National Sash

Friday March 9^th – Registration 6pm-8pm

 

Saturday March 10^th

9am –Beauty starting with Boys

10:15 – Start of first Outfit of Choice

Lunch Break

12:15- Start of 2^nd outfit of choice

1:15- Optional Talent

3:00- Storybook Party

5:00 –Crowning

 

ALL contestants/parents PLEASE read:

1. We do offer a 30 day fallback. It must be marked on your entry form.
2. Everyone must show good sportsmanship. Anyone showing up sportsman like conduct will be asked to leave without refund.
3. Score sheets will be given out after crowning. You may ask the judges questions if you do so in a nice manner.
4. All photos need to be turned in at registration on Friday evening.
5. No cameras are allowed in the ballroom. We have a professional photographer who will be on hand taking stage shots.
6. No refunds will be given for ANY reason. Deposits CAN NOT be held over to any other event/pageant.
7. All bonds are given in cash equivalent on stage during crowning and are based on 50 contestants. Boy’s bond amounts will be determined by the amount of boy’s contestants who enter.
8. Please do not call or email to ask how many contestants are in your age group. We do not give out this information.
9. Please make sure that you are on time. We start each event on time.
10. Door admission the day of the pageant is $20 per person except for contestants and 6 and under.
11. All parents, contestants and family members are welcome to attend the Storybook Character party FREE
12. We ask that you DO not decorate your door at the hotel
13. We will have a dressing room for those who will not be staying at the hotel. We ask that all vendors get a sleeping room to use for your clients.
14. Contestants should bring black or white bottoms to wear with their crowning t-shirt that they will receive at registration.

 

Discounts and fees off: If you have won a free supreme package you must send in your entry form along with your fees off/free entry certificate. If you can not find it please contact your state director for a new one.

 

Sibling discount is full price for the first contestant and ½ off each additional contestant’s supreme package.

Referral Credit is $20 off for each contestant that you refer. Your CONTESTANTS NAME must be on the referral line for it to count. Names can not be added after the entry form is turned in.
