1.) Deadlines- We have stated deadlines on our paperwork all entry forms and fees must be recieved before this deadline.
2.) Entry Fees and Entry Forms- To be considered entered in a pageant you must have your entry form and entry fee in. Entry forms alone do not hold or guarantee your spot is secure.  Directors will work with you on entry fee due dates in most circumstances.
3.) Numbers and who is attending the pageant- We do not give out numbers or tell other contestants who is in their age group. Please do not call and ask this information. It will not be given out.
 4.) Sportsmanship- Good sportsmanship must be shown at all times. If you are caught showing bad sportsmanship you will be asked to leave without refund or awards. This goes for all members of your family. If you bring them with you, you are responsible for their behavior.This is for our children and if they can be good sports then parents are to be the same.
 5.) Judges- All judge’s decisions are final. Do not approach the judges before or during the pageant. Judges are available to speak with after the pageant.
6.)Registration- Please be sure that you are on time for registration. Pageant will start as close to on time as possible so please do not be late  or you may come in and the pageant alread be started.
 7.)Do not take second hand information- Do not take second hand information from anyone. If you want the facts contact the director of that pageant.
8.) Cameras are allowed in prelims PLEASE DO NOT take pics of anyones child other than your own unless you have that parents permission!!!
