Date: Sunday August 1, 2010 Location: OSU Extension Center 17 Standpipe Rd. Jackson, Ohio 45640 Time: Registration 11:00-11:45a.m. Pageant will begin at 12:00 noon Deadline to enter: July 18th (No door entries) Entries will be accepted after July 18th with a $10 late fee up until July 28th as space allows Age divisions Girls & Boys: 0-11 months; 12-23 months; 2-3 years; 4-6 years; 7-9 years; 10-12 years and 13 & up* *Director reserves the right to add, combine or separate categories as needed.* Main Entry Fee: $55 (includes one photo Add’l photos 2/$5) Natural photos only, no retouched or enhanced photos, 8X10 or smaller. Attire: Red White and Blue wear (Anything goes: Glitz is allowed on attire) No makeup 0-3, light makeup 4 & up and small hairpieces allowed. *Sibling discount: ½ off Main beauty* Outfit of Choice: $15 Attire: Mismatch outfits… Get to use those outfits a second time… mix ‘em up and make ‘em shine!! Take a top from one, and the bottoms from another, a hairbow from a third and you are set!!! Be creative and make this NOT match the best way you can!! There will be a winner in each age division and three overall winners for OOC. No matter how many contestants there will be 1 Grand Supreme crowned. With 20 or more contestants we will be crowning a Grand Supreme, Mini Supreme, and a Novice Supreme. The more contestants, the more supreme titles will be added. All supreme titles are INCLUDED in Main entry fee. No hidden fees. There will be 1 Queen/King in each age category and as many princesses/princes as needed to fill out the court. Everyone will get a trophy and crown/tiara. Age division awards include: Most Photogenic, Most Beautiful, Best Personality, Best Outfit of Choice, and Best Dressed. Also, everyone will receive a t-shirt for crowning… please wear jean bottoms (skirt, shorts, capris, etc) and the t-shirt for crowning and pictures!! * More optionals may be added at the door* Refer a friend and get $5 off!! Make sure your name is listed on their entry form and you get the credit. Also, for everyone you refer, your name goes in a drawing for a great prize!! The more you refer, the more times your name goes in the drawing!! New referrals can also refer!! Tell your friends to tell their friends and they can get credit too!! There is a $30 fee for any returned check or payment. *CASH ONLY ON DAY OF PAGEANT * Waiver: I hereby give consent for my child to participate in Ohio Southern Celebrity Pageant System. I will not hold the director, Betsy Gee, pageant workers, or pageant judges responsible for any thefts or accidents, before, during or after the pageant. I understand that all decisions are final and bad sportsmanship will not be tolerated in any way. Your child will be disqualified and no refund given. There are no refunds unless pageant is cancelled. You will receive the prince/princess award if you are unable to attend.
