January 28th- Registration Age Groups: 0-23 Months ~ 2-3 Years ~ 4-5 Years ~ 6-7 Years ~8-10 Years ~ 11-up Boys: 0-23 Months ~2-4 Years & 5-up Every contestant will receive at least a themed Crown, Trophy and fees off the 2012 Celebrity Storybook National! Beauty Wear: Each contestant will first appear on stage in beauty wear. Light make up and small hair pieces are allowed. Time limit on stage is 90 seconds. Winter Wear: Each contestant will then appear on stage in a Winter outfit of their choice. Time limit on stage is 90 seconds. Light make up and small hair pieces are allowed. Photogenic: We will award a Most Photogenic in each age group. Natural pictures only please. Photogenic is NOT added in for titles. Pictures should be no larger than 8x10. One picture is included in your entry fee. Extra pictures can be entered for $5 each at registration. Division Awards: We will award a Most Beautiful/Handsome and Best Personality in each age group. These are both included in your entry fee! We will crown a Winter Queen/King and Winter Princess/Prince in each age group. We will also award the following Supreme titles… Little Miss Celebrity Jr Miss Celebrity Teen Miss Celebrity Little Mister Celebrity Ultimate Celebrity Grand Door admission the day of the pageant is $5 per person (except contestants) Sibling discount is full price for first contestant and ½ off each additional contestant. Referral credit is $5 per contestant that you refer. Referral contestants name MUST appear on your entry form when you turn it in. It can not be added at a later date. Enter by January 13th and entry fee is only $65 (enter after Jan 13th and entry fee is $75) We do offer a 30 day fallback!
